As an EHS Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) while supporting our Nashville manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental health to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting and make a meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and track follow-up of actions for safety inspections
- Complete IH sampling under the direction of IH professional
- Update written safety plans and programs for IH sampling
Required Education
- Completion of sophomore college year or a graduate student (preferred) in Safety or Health related program
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- OSHA 10 hour Safety Course, ideal
- MS Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communications
Assignment Duration:
- Intern: 10 - 12 weeks

Internship Expectations:

- Active Participation: Engage in intern events and site activities designed to enhance your learning experience.
- Final Presentation: At the end of the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to present your projects, key learnings, and accomplishments to the EHS team.
