- Actively participate in Tier meetings to discuss safety and environmental matters.
- Review entries into the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management system and update records accordingly.
- Coordinate contractor activities to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Assist with all aspects of waste processing and management.
- Participate in investigations to determinethe cause of incidents and successfullyimplement corrective actions.
Start Date:This internship is set to begin on either May 11th or June 15th, 2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks – dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation:Our undergraduate Operations internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
- Capability to use diverse resources, respond quickly, understand the impact of changes and decisions, facilitate agreement, and buildcollaborative relationships.
- Proficiencyin MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based software.
- Knowledge of chemical safety is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in adynamic environment and manage various tasks effectively.
