Job Description
- Monitor and respond to ESD compliance check failures, ESD acceptance testing, ESD Botron tester troubleshooting and repair, monitoring, and collecting data.
- Utilize ESD equipment based on ESDA and the Manufacturer’s directions.
- Monitor and operate multiple ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) equipment.
- Verify that machines are recorded accurately in computer programs.
- Communicate ESD issues with area personnel.
- Analyze equipment performance discrepancies and communicate possible causes.
- Validate the accuracy of ESD data.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings.
- Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to solder, use an O-Scope, and a voltmeter.
- Prior experience working with Electrostatic Discharge systems.
- Electrical/mechanical skills.
- Robotics experience.
- Troubleshooting electronics.
