Job Description
This firm has a robust estate planning and probate practice. We represent medium- to high-net-worth families, mostly with interests in profitable and valuable closely-held businesses. The anticipated tasks inlcude supporting the firm's attorney by:
- Preparing initial drafts of Wills and Trusts and related estate plan documentation
- Preparation of funding documentation for Trusts for execution by clients
- Interaction with clients to complete probate administration tasks such as Court required inventories, accountings and related filings
- Assist with preparation of Trust accountings and information reports to beneficiaries
Requirements
The firm provides a wide range of legal services related to tax, estate planning and probate administration and business planning. Against this backdrop, an ideal candidate will be:
- reliable
- industrious
- experienced or willing to work diligently to become experienced
- proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- clear communication skills (in person, letters, and via email)
