Sort, research, photograph, and describe items for CTBids.com.
Identify unique, valuable, or marketable pieces based on resale trends.
Organize homes for sale, donation, or disposal with professionalism and care.
Assist with auction pickups, greet buyers, verify orders, and ensure smooth hand-offs.
Maintain a safe and respectful work environment in a variety of home conditions.
Collaborate with a team that values creativity, integrity, and kindness.

What We’re Looking For

Positive, dependable team players who take pride in their work.
Ability to lift 15-25 lbs safely and repeatedly; bending and kneeling are required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent using smartphones for photographing, cataloging, and communication.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Flexibility to work varied hours and comfort working in diverse home environments.
Passion for second-hand finds and knowledge of resale market trends.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-time, project-based weekday hours (typically 10–25 hours per week depending on project flow)
Location: Twin Cities Metro & surrounding areas

Requirements

Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
