Our client is an industry leader in insurance restoration and reconstruction, is growing rapidly across Florida. We're searching for a driven Restoration Xactimate Estimator to join our team and help serve our multiple locations from the Tampa area.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare precise Xactimate structure repair estimates swiftly and accurately.
- Manage relationships and communication with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
- Scope, sketch, and draft estimates/supplements efficiently.
- Collaborate with a team that values quality and attention to detail.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in property damage restoration and Xactimate estimating.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of residential construction.
- IICRC certifications (preferred, not required).
- Proficiency in Xactimate/Symbility software and Microsoft programs.
