Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to support our growing team! Working closely with our Event Coordinators, you’ll play a key role in boosting awareness and availability of our clients’ products through exciting local events.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the official voice and face of the brand at events

• Provide knowledgeable answers to consumer questions after thorough brand and product training

• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to customers

• Assist customers with order or registration forms during events

• Track event traffic, customer feedback, common questions, and any issues to help improve future customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills; previous experience at promotional events is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within the event team

• Professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor with customers and colleagues

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

• Comfort working under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume environments
