Position Summary:

• Event Security Representative : will greet, guide patrons, provide point of entry support
• Provide service and safety to our guests in non-gaming locations (Arena,
• Expo and Convention Center

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Addresses patron complaints and issues or refers them to a Shift Manager, as needed
• Assists in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and procedures

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the Arena and the property layout
• Ability to work as part of the event staff team

Training Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Casino property and it's offerings
• Knowledge of the Arena's emergency evacuation plan

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
