We are looking for a Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Target total compensation ranges from $120,000 - $157,000, including a fixed annual salary of $109,000 - $140,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our Rokt Catalog team (formerly Canal, acquired by Rokt in July 2025) in our San Francisco office.

In this hybrid role, you will be the organizational backbone for our Catalog RDP (Rokt Product Development) leaders, managing complex calendars, travel, and executive logistics. Simultaneously, you will be the heart of our SF office, responsible for creating a vibrant and efficient workplace, managing the office cultural budget & general spend, and planning team-building events that foster our unique, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of 3+ executives through comprehensive support.
  • Budget Management: Manage multiple budgets for our San Francisco office of 25, across culture, events, and office upkeep & improvement.
  • Proactive Teaming and Positivity: Foster a collaborative team environment, keep a positive attitude & energy in the office, and proactively support colleagues and company events.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications.
  • Travel Management: Arrange all travel details, such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and handling visas and passport renewals.
  • Event Planning: Support with planning, coordination and execution of team events.
  • Expense Management: Handle monthly expense reports, global credit card reconciliation, and offer backup support to other assistants.
  • Leader Focus: Maintain a leader-centric approach, ask pertinent questions in meetings, and readily adapt to new challenges.
