- Responsible for all table service duties as well as prep work and closing tasks
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organized workplace
- Clear understanding and communication with the food and beverage manager
- Run food from kitchen to the event space on demand
- Set up buffets with food presentation standards, ensuring safe food handling performance
- Serve hors d’oeuvres and plated dinners to guests
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, if need be
- Follows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by management and the 612North Employee Handbook
- Knowledge of table service standards
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation
- Outgoing person acting as an ambassador of company values, mission, image to the public at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and show flexibility during high volume periods
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Education: High School or equivalent
- High Energy and Passion for the industry
- 1 + years professional front of the house experience in full-service food and beverage establishment preferred
- Knowledge of catering practices
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
