- Handle objections professionally and effectively to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion tactics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cold calling role or telemarketing position.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly with potential clients over the phone.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and call tracking systems.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience with Slack and ClickUp is advantageous.
