Are you a results-driven Automotive Finance Manager or Sales Manager with a passion for customer service and deal-making? What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with professionalism and clarity
- Secure competitive financing options by working closely with banks and lenders
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations
- Review credit applications, conduct thorough credit checks, and underwrite loans
- Finalize deals and submit all necessary documentation for funding
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to finance team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Sales Manager in automotive retail
- Proficiency in CDK and eContracting with Darwin
- Strong knowledge of F&I products, credit analysis, and loan underwriting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
