Personal Training Manager (Experienced) Crunch Fitness - Pembroke Pines, FL
Crunch Fitness Pembroke Pines is looking for an experienced, driven, and energetic Personal Training Manager to lead our Personal Training department and inspire our members to reach their goals. If you're a results-oriented fitness professional who leads by example, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of certified personal trainers
Oversee trainer performance, provide coaching, and create strategic plans to ensure team members perform at the desired level or implement corrective actions when needed
Track members' goals with personal trainers and maintain close relationships with all clients to ensure satisfaction and progress toward their fitness objectives
Drive training revenue through team performance and personal sales
Recruit, onboard, and develop new training staff
Ensure every member receives an exceptional training experience
Maintain high levels of energy, professionalism, and accountability
Deliver training sessions when needed and lead by example
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training management or fitness leadership
Proven success in sales and team performance
Active Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
