About the Role:
Experienced Roofing Foreman! In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch roofing solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Bring your expertise and passion for roofing to a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily roofing operations and manage project timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of roofers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of roofing experience, with a focus on residential projects.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a crew.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Compensation: $1,250.00 - $1,750.00 per week
