We're seeking a proven Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensure full compliance, and maximize dealership profitability. Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Execute the dealership's F&I process with precision to ensure compliance and transparency in every vehicle delivery
- Generate additional revenue through the sale of finance products, including insurance, vehicle service contracts, and maintenance plans
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set, track, and exceed F&I production goals
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with lenders, manufacturers, and customers to optimize results and satisfaction
Finance Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required
- Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLead preferred
- Proven ability to finalize retail deliveries and handle all necessary documentation with accuracy
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate sales teams toward profitability and performance goals
- Working knowledge of MS Office, strong computer/software literacy, and general mathematical skills
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
