Job Description

D2B Groups is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative for Rental Equipment to join our client's expanding team. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of rental equipment solutions to businesses in multiple sectors including: agriculture, construction, and forestry. Your role will involve developing customer relationships, understanding their equipment needs, and providing effective rental solutions that help them achieve their project goals. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the rental equipment market, focusing on prospective clients across various industries.
  2. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure enhanced satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  3. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and promote rental equipment solutions that effectively meet those needs.
  4. Sales Planning: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve set revenue targets and broaden market reach.
  5. Competitive Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  6. Proposal Creation: Prepare comprehensive quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to secure favorable agreements while maintaining profitability.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery and support of rental equipment and services.
  8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing timely updates and insights to management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment industry or related fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a drive for results
