Compensation:

• Starting at $20 per hour and up, based on experience.
• Store Managers are also eligible for a monthly performance-based bonus. This is a great opportunity to increase your earnings based on team results and store performance. (Bonus amounts vary and are not guaranteed).
• Additional bonus opportunity for any fleet onboarding. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead all day-to-day operations at our brand-new shop
  
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and vehicle maintenance
  
• Manage inventory and ensure proper cost control
  
• Establish operational routines and team expectations
  
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and store presentation from day one
  
• Serve as the face of the store to the community
  
• Drive performance to meet sales and service goals
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License
  
• At least two years of previous automotive experience required
• Leadership experience required
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Passion for building teams and culture
  
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced garage environment
  
• Basic math and computer literacy
  
• English fluency (reading and writing)
  
  

Working Conditions:

This position operates 100% on-site in a new garage environment. You'll be working with automotive equipment and exposed to varying temperatures. Some local travel may be required.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

As part of our hiring process, all candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report showing an active Driver's License.
