Job Description

This role will be essential in developing innovative talent acquisition strategies, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our values. Responsibilities

  • Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing effective job posting templates, monitoring candidate sourcing, and supporting offer negotiations.
  • Coaches, mentors, and develops the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Fills corporate and senior-level job requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Oversees the ATS system and operates as a super user.
  • Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, acceptance rates, and workflow conversion rates.
  • Manages the onboarding of new employees.
  • Develops new recruitment strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition and makes recommendations accordingly.
  • Provides guidance to hiring managers about the recruitment process and any challenges.
  • Contributes to the development and enhancement of the company brand to recruit top talent.
  • Ensures that recruitment processes adhere to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience supervising teams is highly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, and relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Able to identify areas of opportunity and offer creative and effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
