About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Graphic Designer to guide and elevate our visual brand identity across digital channels and social. This role will manage our Senior Graphic Designers and collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver best-in-class design assets.
You will produce and oversee compelling social media graphics, digital marketing assets, and branded visuals. The ideal candidate has advanced design expertise, experience mentoring designers, expert-level photo editing skills, and strong proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create and review wireframes.
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role for someone passionate about visual culture, trends, and luxury lifestyle branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and polish high-impact, professional-grade digital assets for social media, email, web, paid media campaigns, digital marketing, and branding initiatives (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
- Develop and review wireframes and prototypes in Figma for social and campaign landing pages
- Execute magazine-quality photo retouching, enhancements, and composites beyond basic edits
- Translate campaign strategy into scroll-stopping visuals across multiple platforms
- Review and approve assets created by the Senior Graphic Designer, providing constructive feedback
- Own file preparation, asset management, and design handoff processes
- Lead creative brainstorms and contribute fresh concepts to campaign planning
- Track design trends and apply relevant visual styles to keep content fresh and innovative
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment
- 2+ years in a senior or lead designer role with mentorship or team oversight
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma, including advanced photo editing and retouching
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital/social creative, branding, and storytelling
- High attention to detail in layout, design, typography, and spacing
- Experience creating for and adapting to platform-specific best practices
- Familiarity with digital production workflows and asset libraries
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in dating, luxury lifestyle, fashion or beauty sectors
- Understanding of AI tools that enhance design and workflows
- Ability to build scalable design systems and templates
- After Effects or motion graphics tools
