(Part-Time to Full-Time | Private Group Practice | Growth-Focused Team)

We're seeking a licensed or license-eligible Hygienist to join our thriving, established private group dental office in Corsicana, TX!

About the Role:
Schedule:

• Mondays and Tuesdays (required)

• Every other Saturday (we are open just two Saturdays per month)

Preferred: Full-time, 3 to 4 days per week
Consideration: Exceptional candidates seeking part-time (2 days/week) will be considered if committed to a consistent and long-term schedule

Compensation:

• $45–$50 per hour (equivalent to $93,600–$104,000 annually for full-time employment), commensurate with experience

Bonus Structure:

• Monthly performance-based bonuses for exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes

We are open to a traditional single-column hygiene schedule, but many of our hygienists are shifting toward an accelerated, two-column assisted hygiene model. You'll work with the front office team to maintain a measured, balanced flow of preventive and treatment patients—allowing for strong productivity without feeling rushed.

We also strictly follow the latest AAP (American Academy of Periodontology) guidelines and are seeking a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal disease diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive patient education. Preventive care and education are central to our practice philosophy.
