Job Description

Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Mableton, GA.

Flexible Pay-Per-Visit Opportunity

Are you a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for flexibility and autonomy in your schedule? Join our team under a new pay-per-visit model that allows you to maximize your earning potential while providing high-quality care.

We are currently hiring enthusiastic Physical Therapists with a minimum of 3 months of experience to work in a variety of settings with flexible hours and a supportive team culture.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible schedules– Work when it fits your lifestyle (evenings/weekends available)
  • Autonomy & control– Choose your own patient load (10–40 visits/week)
  • One-to-one or Two-to-one associate-to-patient ratios
  • Pay: Up to $45 per completed visit
  • Employee discounts and other perks

Position Types:

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • Travel
  • Temporary

What You’ll Need:

  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 3 months of clinical experience as a licensed PT
  • A passion for patient care and adaptability
