MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.

A client is looking for 11-15 years of experience. Analyzes process and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. 4 days on site 1 day remote

·         Under direction of the Director, HR Systems Development and Analytics, coordinates or implements several small or medium-sized projects, or components of a larger project.

·         Manages the team's mailboxes and provides general customer service support to various stakeholders requesting assistance from the team.

·         Refines and improves project management process; identifies patterns/trends in issues across multiple projects; and develops longer-term, systematic solutions to address them. Research issues and makes recommendations for improvement to Director and Deputy Chief, Employee Services. Builds relationships and liaises with various internal departments to help drive collaboration and project success; and interacts with and responds effectively to urgent requests from multiple internal and external Client stakeholders.

 

·         Experience working in the IT field. Required 11 Years

·         Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in professional setting. Required 11 Years

·         Professional experience with Microsoft Suites. Required 11 Years

·         Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 15 Years

·         Salesforce and QuickBase certifications. Required

·         Masters in Computer Science. Desired

·         business process re-engineering experience. Required 5 Years

·         Experience with custom and standard Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes. Required 5 Years

·         Setting up visual screen flows, dashboards, and Lightning email templates in Salesforce. Required 5 Years

·         Experience with EDA models and Salesforce Experience Cloud. Required 5 Years

·         Integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs. Required 5 Years
