Riana Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Operations to lead our human resources team in driving strategic HR initiatives. As a crucial member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for streamlining HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with the overall business goals. In this role, you will manage a diverse team of HR professionals and ensure that all HR operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with all departments to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure that Riana Group remains an employer of choice.
