Job Description
Are you an experienced Physical Therapist with a passion for leadership and innovation in patient care? Join a dynamic, rapidly expanding outpatient therapy center as a Lead Clinician. In this pivotal role, you’ll play an integral part in launching a brand-new clinic in Amherst, NH. This is a unique opportunity to shape clinic operations, mentor a growing team, and set a new standard for outpatient therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation.
- Spearhead clinical operations by establishing protocols and structuring team workflows.
- Mentor and support the growth of junior clinicians through hands-on guidance and professional development initiatives.
- Develop and manage customized treatment plans, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Utilize cutting-edge tools such as infrared goggles, overhead harness systems, and AI-enabled EMRs to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with vestibular therapy or post-concussion rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
