Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation.
• Spearhead clinical operations by establishing protocols and structuring team workflows.
• Mentor and support the growth of junior clinicians through hands-on guidance and professional development initiatives.
• Develop and manage customized treatment plans, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools such as infrared goggles, overhead harness systems, and AI-enabled EMRs to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).

• Current CPR certification.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.

• Experience with vestibular therapy or post-concussion rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
