Job Summary
Position will require you to manage a bankruptcy filing from start to finish. You will be working closely with the lead attorney in the bankruptcy department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Client intake
- Petition preparation
- Case review
- Calendar maintenance
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work well with others in a professional office environment.
- Be organized and communicative.
- Proficiency with Best Case
- Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy experience required
