Job Description

Job Title: Adjunct - Teaching, StDev 214R - Leadership (daytime or evening class)

 

Posting End Date: June 17, 2025 at 12:00am (MDT)

Position Start Date: September 1, 2025 (fall semester)

 

Required Degree: Master's Degree or higher required. The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Additionally, a Professional Coaching Certification or enrollment in an ICF certification course is also required.  

 

Experience:  Student leadership coaching, teaching and/or advising in higher education

 

Duties/Expectations: 

  • Instruct and facilitate one of the Student Development Leadership Coaching sections.
  • Teach leadership coaching skills, the COACH model, and how to implement a Leadership Development Plan.
  • Grade and provide feedback to students on how they can improve and implement their coaching skills.
  • Supervise student peer coaching sessions and provide feedback.
  • Provide coaching services to students.
