Coffee Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take guest orders & process payment
- Ensure guests receive quality products as ordered
- Craft personalized coffee drinks
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Assisting guests with club access
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Retail Responsibilities:
- Selling retail items from coffee bar POS
- Knowledge of products sold in the Pro Shop
- Alerting the Coffee Bar Director of inventory in need of restocking
- Hand out towels to members when needed
Personal Profile:
- Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility
- Maintain current certifications and be a lifelong learner
- Critically assess own performance
- Mature, credible, and comfortable working with upper management in a clear and straightforward manner
- Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, habits, and treatment of others
Personal Skills:
- Barista experience preferred.
- Able and willing to talk to everyone with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
- Outgoing and personable
- Independent problem solver
- Adaptable and a team player
- Ability to talk with a variety of members each day
