Job Description
America's Got Soccer is South Florida’s premier indoor soccer facility, hosting a wide range of leagues, programs, and events. We’re seeking an Evening Facility Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our sports facility operations, ensuring a clean, operational, and safe environment, and an outstanding experience for our customers.

- Manage daily facility operations, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Responsible for cleaning and providing high standards of custodian care for the interior and exterior during operations and upon facility closing
- Ensure inventories are stocked and supplied
- Perform financial transactions with customers
- Ensure a safe and secure environment until facility close
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility improvements as needed
- Develop and implement a coordinated organizational work schedule for staff that aligns with business objectives and priorities.
- Implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
- Monitor budgeting and expense tracking for facility-related costs
- Work closely with the Adult League Manager and other team members to support event and league logistics
- Address facility-related inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Work evening shifts until facility close and lock up
