Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our home remodeling contracting business. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality project execution, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering top-tier home renovation services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

● Drive sales and business development efforts by fostering relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

● Acts as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

● Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

● Monitor project costs and profitability, making necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency and profitability.

● Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of employees to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.

● Assigns tasks, provides guidance, and ensures team members are performing their roles effectively.

● Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members.

● Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer service throughout all project phases.

● Utilize project management software and other tools to track progress, maintain records, and generate reports.

● Participate in generating leads, developing sales strategies, and attracting new clients, as well as overseeing the company's marketing efforts, including online presence and advertising.

● Ensures that all construction sites are safe and comply with relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Proven experience in home remodeling, construction management, or a related field.

● Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce.

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

● Knowledge of home renovation techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

● Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

● Strong negotiation and communication skills.

● Proficiency in project management software and tools.

● Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
