Job Description
Center for Human Development (CHD) is currently looking for a Clinical Program Director to join our In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentor program. The Clinical Program Director provides administrative leadership, direction, and clinical oversight to the CBHI Children’s Outreach Services, In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentor Programs.
Your role as a Clinical Program Director you will:
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for hiring, training, budget development/monitoring, and maintaining effective relationships with payers and referral sources. The Director is also responsible for monitoring compliance with funding guidelines and ensures adherence to the program’s quality standards. In addition, the Director is a liaison to the community, families, and other professional providers and creates and maintains open, effectual lines of communication.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree required
- Independent Clinical License required
- 3-5 Years management experience
- Acceptable driving history, with reliable and insured vehicle for site visits.
