Join a growing international optics company in the USA! CV OPTICS USA, a subsidiary of Zhenjiang Shiwei Optics, is seeking a motivated and experienced **Logistics & Customer Service Manager** to oversee our operations in Newark, Delaware.

CV OPTICS USA Inc. (cvopticsusa.com) is the US subsidiary of Zhenjiang Shiwei Optics Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-quality resin lenses based in Danyang, China. Founded in 2004, Zhenjiang Shiwei Optics is committed to "Protecting Your Vision" and produces 10 million pairs of lenses annually (1.499, 1.56, 1.61, 1.67, photochromic, etc.). With a focus on quality and customer service, we're expanding our US presence.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the logistics warehouse operations.

* Oversee logistics packaging and shipment processes.

* Handle customer service inquiries and resolve after-sales issues.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree required (exceptions for exceptionally qualified candidates)

* Proven experience in logistics and customer service roles.

* Prior work experience in the United States required.

* Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based personnel.

* Residency near Newark, Delaware, or willingness to relocate.

* Proficient in computer office software.
