The JOB:

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to provide a relaxed dining experience to our guests with stunning views. We are excited to add a dynamic manager to our team! If you are a hands-on, energetic, and service-oriented Restaurant General Manager, WE NEED YOU! Responsibilities include:

• Work with budget and menu
• Monitor inventory
• Communicate with vendors
• Supply information about the Food and Beverage capabilities and programs to other departments and clients or potential clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure that implementation and maintenance of standards of food, beverage and service quality are commensurate with a first-class operation.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.
• Oversee and assist in hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Develop management skills in employees.
• Oversee weekly payroll for department.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate should have at least 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. Our goal is to have the top restaurants on the Georgia Coast, and we need your expertise to take things to the next level.
