At Trustpilot, we know that partnerships are a key lever for growth and innovation. We're now looking for a forward-thinking, commercially minded leader to drive the evolution of our strategic partner marketing function. As our new Director of Strategic Partner Marketing, you'll define and deliver our joint go-to-market strategy with top-tier partners, bringing Trustpilot solutions to life in ways that fuel growth, strengthen relationships, and create shared value..
You'll report to the Vice President of Product & Audience Marketing and work closely with our Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, as well as regional marketing and commercial teams around the world. In this strategic individual contributor role, you'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Commercial, acting as the primary marketing contact for strategic partners. From shaping co-marketing plans to aligning messaging and developing enablement tools, you'll lead the charge in building a best-in-class partner marketing function that makes a meaningful impact.
Success in this role will require a mix of strong strategic thinking, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems. Your leadership will help cement Trustpilot's reputation as a collaborative, innovative, and valuable partner in the tech ecosystem.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a global strategic partner marketing strategy, aligning with Trustpilot's broader growth objectives and key partnership priorities.
- Own the joint go-to-market strategy with key partners, building collaborative marketing plans and delivering impactful campaigns across regions.
- Act as the marketing lead in strategic partner conversations, influencing joint initiatives and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Strengthen and scale marketing relationships within partner organisations to unlock new opportunities and drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored for each partnership.
- Create co-branded sales and marketing collateral including pitch decks, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Partner with regional marketing and commercial teams to localise and activate co-marketing campaigns in key markets.
- Define clear KPIs for joint initiatives, track performance, share strategic insights with stakeholders, and continuously evolve strategies based on data.
- Champion internal alignment by equipping commercial teams with the resources and training needed to engage partners and customers effectively.
- Stay ahead of market trends and opportunities within the partner ecosystem, bringing innovative ideas to strengthen our partner value proposition.
Who you are:
- Extensive experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or related roles in B2B tech or SaaS businesses.
- A strategic thinker with strong executional skills - you can design a vision and bring it to life.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise partner ecosystems.
Experience working closely with strategic or Fortune 500 partners, ideally in data, analytics, or API-driven solutions.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to measure the impact of partner initiatives and optimise for performance.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Bonus points for experience with CRM, marketing automation, and partner management tools such as Salesforce, Crossbeam, or similar.

- A competitive base salary ranging from $ 162,000 to 185,000 gross per year. This range doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot's equity program or other benefits.
