Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Langhorne, PA. This per-diem position involves delivering hands-on patient care and supporting rehabilitation and recovery in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and report patient conditions to licensed nursing staff
  • Support patients' rehabilitation with therapeutic exercises and engagement
  • Maintain accurate patient records and a clean, safe environment
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licensure/Certifications:
    • Active PA CNA license
    • Current BLS certification
  • Experience: Previous experience in SNFs, rehabilitation centers, or similar healthcare settings preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • ADL assistance
    • Vital sign monitoring
    • EHR documentation
    • Infection control
  • Soft Skills: Empathy, teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability
