Job Description
Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipmentâ¯
· Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problemsâ¯
· Installation of duct work and A/C equipmentâ¯
· Installation of Refrigeration equipmentâ¯
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigerationâ¯
· 5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipmentâ¯
· 5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipmentâ¯
· Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's Licenseâ¯
· Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.â¯â¯
· Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidaysâ¯
· Knowledge and use of various test and service equipmentâ¯
· Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulationsâ¯
Qualifier:
· Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances
· Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure
· Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
