We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to help us expand our electrical service and project portfolio in the Massachusetts market.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive at RELCO, you will lead the charge in identifying and securing new electrical service and project opportunities, particularly with end users and engineered solutions. This is a highly visible, individual contributor role where you’ll partner directly with building owners, facility managers, and engineering teams to develop solutions that meet their electrical and safety requirements.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to build relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver long-term value—all while collaborating internally with our estimating, project management, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with end users, building owners, and engineering firms
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to closing service agreements and project contracts
  • Maintain a deep understanding of electrical codes, industry standards, and client compliance needs
  • Collaborate internally to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and project requirements
  • Manage RFPs, proposals, and bid responses with a focus on competitive differentiation
  • Cultivate strong internal partnerships with operations and project delivery teams
  • Stay active in the Massachusetts commercial electrical market, including trade associations and networking events
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and relationship development goals

What You Bring

  • Proven business development experience in the commercial electrical industry
  • Expertise in end user and engineered sales and service solutions
  • Strong leadership qualities in managing internal stakeholder relationships
  • Established network and knowledge of the Massachusetts market
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success, particularly with end user clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
