Position: Customer Service Representative – Outreach & Engagement
Key Responsibilities
Engage with the public at live events, representing nonprofit and advocacy campaigns.
Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm.
Foster lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and community members.
Collaborate with team members to increase campaign visibility and impact.
Represent social causes with professionalism and authenticity in face-to-face settings.
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact causes.
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to help others.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, people-facing role.
No experience required — paid training is provided.
Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
