Job Description

WHO YOU ARE

You are a hands-on, solutions-oriented engineering professional with a background in facilities management, maintenance, or building systems within the hospitality industry. You have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems, and the ability to lead a team with professionalism and efficiency. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are committed to guest satisfaction, and take pride in keeping hotel operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU DO

You'll oversee the maintenance and functionality of all building systems, ensuring the property is safe, comfortable, and operating at peak performance. You'll lead and coordinate the engineering team’s daily tasks, conduct inspections, respond to service calls, and work closely with other departments to support seamless hotel operations. Your leadership will ensure preventive maintenance schedules are met, equipment is maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with hotel standards, local regulations, and guest expectations.
