Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Remote | California-Based

Location: San Bernardino, California 

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Summary:

We are expanding our team of mission-aligned Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about providing meaningful therapy in a virtual environment that doesn’t sacrifice connection, quality, or care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, families, or couples from the comfort of your home office. We welcome therapists who are grounded in evidence-based practice and aligned with our values of integrity, empathy, and equity.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide ongoing individual and/or family psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a user-friendly EHR
  • Work with a diverse caseload, tailored to your clinical strengths and interests
  • Participate in optional peer consultation, trainings, or case conferences to support clinical development and reduce isolation
  • Collaborate with our clinical operations and administrative team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in the state of California (no ASW at this time)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Proficiency in telehealth and comfort using digital platforms for care delivery and documentation
  • Strong grounding in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Committed to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centered care
