Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Fabrication Supervisor.
Work Schedule
Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm
Overtime Required as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required
- Prioritize workflow through the shop and use all resources to implement tasks efficiently and effectively to meet delivery deadlines
- Identify all tools required for tasks
- Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks
- Responsible for performance metrics, process improvement, and lean thinking
- Prepare, fabricate, install, and fit pipe to specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct supervisory/management experience as a job site foreman, fab shop supervisor, or project manager
- 5 years minimum experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry
- Ability to read prints and illustrate detailed knowledge of pipe fitting procedures and skills
- Previous experience in the mechanical contracting or process piping industry with pipe fitting processes preferred
- Welding experience is a plus but not required
- Must have good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individual contributors, teams, peers, and leadership

- Pay Range:
- $19.47 - $42.31
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
