Position Summary
The Facilities Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Specific duties include cleaning all areas of the property, using chemicals and equipment properly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
- Maintain the safety of customers and guests.
- Ensure all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, cleaned, and mopped as needed.
- Pick up paper, trash, litter, debris, and clean ashtrays around all gaming areas and machines.
- Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms.
- Clean windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas.
- Clean and maintain employee break rooms.
- Report all unsafe and hazardous conditions to your supervisor.
- Vacuum, dust, clean, and empty trash in all offices, break rooms, and training rooms.
- Clean all elevators, stairways, and foyers.
- Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Perform all job functions safely and in a responsible manner.
- Adhere to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.
- Maintain work areas to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
- Reliability in meeting attendance and policy requirements.
