Southeastern Louisiana University's Center for Faculty Excellence invites applications for the the position of Faculty Support Resources Coordinator. The Center for Faculty Excellence is dedicated to empowering faculty to utilize innovative technology in their pursuit of excellence in teaching, professional activity, and service by providing the necessary tools, training, and support. The Faculty Support Resources Coordinator will provide much needed hands-on support to the

Center for Faculty Excellence by managing the Center's resources for faculty development,

support, and educational technology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, education or other/related field

Experience in a leadership role

Demonstrated use of technology

Customer service experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Video editing experience

Equipment troubleshooting

Experience with the use of AI

Experience creating marketing materials

Experience using social media for engagement

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS

Basic knowledge of technology, including previous use of LMS Systems and Google Workspace

Knowledge of educational technology tools

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desire to learn new skills and apply them appropriately

Commitment to collaboration and teamwork
