We have on-campus job opportunities available for FALL 2025
Available Positions:
Library- 4 positions
Duties:
Basic word processing- LRC materials circulation via Populi Library LRC materials processing
Understanding of basic searching in Populi Library, CPI, SLED, and other databases and
products- Shelving LRC materials- Collection maintenance through shelf reading- Basic entry in Populi Library
- Unpacking and sorting new materials and gift books- Safety/security oversight and closing LRC from time-to-time- Light housekeeping/cleaning- Other miscellaneous- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Maintenance Help- 2 positions
Groundskeeping, Building maintenance, snow shoveling, and other tasks.
Athletic Center Construction Helper- 4 positions
Do you enjoy working and creating with your hands?
On the job, you will ...
- Use basic construction materials.
- Work with hand tools .
- Build or take apart temporary structures.
- Moving light and heavy items.
- Follow the instructions given by the supervisors.
Custodial- 1 position
Work on cleaning and custodian tasks in the building and area during the evening hours and possibly on Saturday.
Food Service- 1 position
Work cleaning and custodian tasks in the PCC area, afternoon and evening hours, and possibly Saturday.
STUDENTS PLEASE READ > IMPORTANT DETAILS
- You can work 5 to 7 hours a week, fitting nicely around your classes!
- You need to complete your Financial Aid Application/FAFSA every year. Financial Aid will only approve your hiring application if your FAFSA is submitted.
- You must maintain a satisfactory GPA to keep your job eligibility.
- You must provide two valid forms of identification before you start working.
- You must have a bank account open in your name for payroll direct deposit.
- After you apply, talk to the department manager to let them know your interest in working with them.
- Your supervisors will interview and determine who is hired. They will also be the ones who assign your job duties and schedule hours that work with your classes.
