Job Description

Position SummaryThe Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous healthcare to patients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. This role emphasizes preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination of care across the healthcare system.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patientsDiagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic diseasesConduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and preventive screeningsOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe medications and therapeutic treatments as appropriatePerform minor in-office procedures (e.g., suturing, biopsies, joint injections)Provide health education, counseling, and lifestyle guidanceCoordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and allied health professionalsMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentationParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetingsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations

Required Qualifications
