Job Description
The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing new business for General Mechanical Services’ commercial HVAC new construction and projects operations based in Annapolis, Maryland. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful HVAC New Construction/ Project sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth mindset and ready to deliver outstanding service.
Are you a hunter with a track record in commercial HVAC or MEP sales? GMS, part of the national Crete United platform, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new construction business across VA, DC, DE, and PA.
You’ll focus on developing new client relationships, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and delivering solutions in HVAC construction and energy efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects and a competitive, growth-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do:

Drive new business for HVAC/MEP construction projects

Manage proposals, RFPs, presentations, and negotiations

Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and owners

Collaborate with estimating and project teams to deliver winning solutions

Represent GMS, A Crete United Company at trade shows and industry events
What You’ll Need:

5+ years in commercial HVAC or construction sales
-
Strong communication and closing skills
-
Proven ability to win and grow accounts
-
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
