Job Description
Assists taxpayers at the service window, providing professional and courteous customer service at all times.
Answers the telephone; provides information and assistance as requested and/or forwards calls to appropriate staff person.
Receives and responds to inquiries, requests for assistance and complaints from customers, business owners and others regarding Auditor's Office procedures, policies and methods.
