As a Truck Captain you are Manager and the first point of contact for clients on the job. You manage the clients, the team and the process. - Educate clients about pricing and services.
- SAFELY operate the junk truck at all times.
- You are responsible for daily truck inspections.
- Ensure truck has operating materials.
- Analyze profit and loss, making tactical decisions in the field.
- Make logistical decisions.
- Lead your team by example.
- Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
- Complete Daily Checklists.
