Property Accounting Associate

The Property Accounting Associate provides entry-level accounting support to the accounting team and financial reviewers. This position is responsible for compiling and maintaining accounting data, preparing schedules, and assisting with reports and financial summaries. This role does not involve working directly with property teams or managing real estate portfolios.

Main Duties:

• Provide accounting support to reviewers by organizing and maintaining financial data

• Compile accounting data and prepare schedules and financial summaries

• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records

• Assist with the preparation of internal financial reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required

• CPA or CPA candidate preferred, but not required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and pride in work

• Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team

• Professional demeanor with a strong service-oriented mindset
