Job Description

Banyan Living, a leading company managing luxury apartment homes in the greater Cleveland and Columbus metropolitan areas, is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team. Our mission is to enhance the living experience for our residents by providing exceptional service, and you will play a critical role in achieving this goal.

As an HVAC Technician at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our properties. Your expertise will ensure that our apartments are comfortable and that all HVAC systems are operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
  • Install new HVAC systems and components as needed.
  • Respond to heating and cooling service requests from residents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal building performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
  • Valid HVAC certification or license is required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HVAC systems in a residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, troubleshooting methods, and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to be on-call for emergency service requests.
