Job Description
- Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
- Works closely with CEO, CFO, CNO and Medical Staff.
- Performs Supply Ordering and light Accounting duties.
- Ensuring quality, collecting application and credentialing data.
- Obtaining primary source verification.
- Reviewing and evaluating qualification.
- Organize and maintain meeting minutes.
- Acts as liaison between Insurance companies and Hospital.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Pro, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
